A long-term customer that provides equipment rental merged with other companies and needed their data and accounting systems merged. We identified the data conflicts, worked with the client to resolve those conflicts and modified their software to handle both post-merger and pre-merger deployments so that new features could be deployed before the merger completed. Then created a final merger deployment plan, ran tests to verify the plan would work, then did the deployment.
